Z Factor is a high energy Zumba® fitness dance crew.  Join our dance party set to Latin and various international rhythms.  Our Z Factor flair makes this more than just your average Zumba class.    

T.T.S.U. boot camp (Tighten That Shit Up) 

High intensity interval training with a mix of bodyweight, cardio and functional training.  

BARRE CONDITIONING

A low-impact, full body workout that  encompasses techniques from ballet, yoga and pilates.
